A graduate of Spectrum Center School of Massage, Katie was aware of some therapeutic properties of massage prior to her professional education. However, Katie's understanding of the many resulting benefits of therapeutic touch was solidified by her personal experience receiving massage on a routine basis during her time as a massage student.
Throughout her training, Katie was enlightened by the different ways massage could be provided from an injury treatment environment in a chiropractic office to a luxury spa setting. Being a homebody herself, Katie was most intrigued by mobile massage.
Between arranging childcare and dreading the highway 2 commute, Katie struggled to prioritize her own self care through receiving massage. She greatly desired a massage therapist who could come to her to help her maintain the improved mood, mobility, and overall wellness she feels from routine therapeutic touch. She considered how many more massages she may have received if there had been a mobile therapist that served the area she lives in; Sultan, WA.
Hoping to help others local to her not face the same dilemma as she, Katie decided to start a business of her own in which she brings this important key to health and wellness directly to the people. As a result, Katie is honored to be serving her community in a unique way that brings her peace and joy through Mountain Mobile Massage PLLC.

Katie Outside of Massage
Beyond her work as an LMT, Katie is a wife to her beloved partner, a mother to one, and a bonus mom to two. With her family she can often be found playing games, adventuring outdoors, and getting lost in good books. Other activities Katie enjoys include lake fishing, singing, and hanging out with her two dogs.
