In order to cancel your appointment without being charged you must do so no less than 48 hours before your scheduled session. If canceled 24-48 hours prior, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled session cost. If canceled less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged the entire cost of the missed session.

If you don't want to pay for services not received, you may use one of the following 2 options.

1. Find a friend within my service area who I can work with and who will fill your appointment slot so you will not be charged.
2. Reschedule to an available session no more than 1 week away from your canceled appointment. Note if canceled due to illness or less than 24 hours prior, option 2 is not applicable.

Please understand that I take great care in planning my work week to account for distance between client homes, potential traffic, and my own personal childcare arrangements. Therefore, remedying a cancelation is not always so simple for me as finding a replacement client. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Considering the nature of mobile massage, this circumstance is uncommon, yet still a possibility. Keep in mind that I will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for set up. If I arrive at your home and you are unavailable or you are not present without any communication to me regarding your absence prior to your appointment, your card on file will be charged the entire cost of the missed session.

Being under the influence from a substance including, but not limited to, marijuana or alcohol, is a contraindication to massage. If I determine that you are under the influence at the time of your appointment, your session will be terminated, and you will still be responsible for the total cost of the terminated session.

Despite being required to leave a card on file with me upon booking an appointment, I only apply a charge to said card in the circumstances described above. Payment for your massage will be requested directly following the end of your session. I accept payment via debit card, credit card, cash, or Zelle.

Tips are appreciated, but not expected. I price my services at the amount I need to support my family. In this way, tips are an unexpected bonus. Leaving me a Google review and telling your friends about your experience are other welcome ways to show your gratitude.  Thank you!
